Over 4 90-minute learning sessions we will cover a proven model for leadership, confident handling of difficult conversations, skillful listening techniques, and best delegation practices. By the end of this learning journey, you'll emerge with enhanced professional courage, trust-building abilities, and the tools to make a lasting impact as a leader.
